A Perfect Location
The house is on the Likya Estate. A collection of 28 houses in a peaceful area sitting in mature gardens. Yet it is only a 3-minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of the town and 5 minutes to the harbour: Easy access to the water taxis which go to and from the various beach clubs, the gullet day boats and town beach.
As we are so near the old town there is no need for taxis or hill climbs when walking to the restaurants! We can recommend a driver who will be at the door in minutes to take you to Patara beach, Saklikent, Tlos and various other cultural sites and activities.

Private Pool & Terrace
At the heart of the exterior is the villa's private heated swimming pool, surrounded by a secluded terrace with comfortable loungers, seating and outdoor dining.
It's a wonderful place to spend the day, with beautiful views across Kalkan Bay and towards the islands
Spacious Living Areas
Inside, the open-plan, split-level living space includes a comfortable sitting area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also has a separate TV lounge, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out.

If you fancy some proper lengths before breakfast, guests also have access to the large Likya Estate communal swimming pool, conveniently located adjacent to Pembe Ev.
One of its real pleasures is just how peaceful it is - most of the time you may well have this enormous pool almost entirely to yourself. There's also a poolside café serving drinks and snacks, making it a lovely alternative when you fancy a change from your own private pool.
Roof terrace
The expansive roof terrace is made for early-evening drinks and watching the sun go down. There's a generous lounging area, a large snug, and yet more wonderful views across the bay - an ideal space for relaxing and entertaining.
